Refund policy

At V by Vaneezay, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items must be sent back for exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging completely intact.

  • Exchanges are strictly subject to the availability of the requested size. If the required size is out of stock, an alternative option or store credit may be provided.

  • Items purchased on Sale or during promotional events are final and not eligible for exchange unless a wrong or damaged product was received.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, quality, and brand standards, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Altered, tailored, or customized garments.

  • Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or carry a distinct scent (perfume, detergent, etc.).

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect washing methods.

3. Damaged or Wrong Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the same item/size at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at vbyvaneezaahmed@gmail.com with your Order Number, the requested size change, and clear photos of the current item.

  2. Our team will review your request and check inventory availability within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, you will be required to ship the item back to our warehouse. (Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item sent by us was damaged or incorrect).

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your exchanged size will be dispatched.
