At V by Vaneezay, we are committed to delivering your favorite pieces to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes.

2. Delivery Timelines (Pakistan)

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the rider’s arrival to ensure a smooth transaction.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner’s portal to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different location.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.
